你打开搜索，搜索下串口5，看看源代码中是否可以找到，如果找不到就是没有，需要自己添加的。如果找到的话，看看是不是需要宏定义什么才能引用呢。打开串口5出错，这句话说明应该有串口5的，如果没有的话，提示的应该是串口5未定义。
使用哪个串口和操作系统没有什么关系。关键是看串口有没有做相应的初始化操作。
默认串口0是系统自带的例程里面已经有代码的，你可以参考然后修改成串口5
