我有一块tm4c123GXL单片机，在安装CCS之前，安装了ICDI，又安装了Tiva SW_DK_TM4c123G,然后又安装了CCS6.1，结果在编程时出错：“../main.c", line 3: fatal error #1965: cannot open source file "inc/tm4c123gh6pm.h"”

后来在第二步改安装“SW-EK-TM4C123GXL-2.1.1.71.exe",还是出错，我不知道是什么原因。请帮助我，谢谢
