NLME_PermitJoiningRequest方法禁止、允许问题

协调器一开始允许（NLME_PermitJoiningRequest(0xff)）终端加入，使用过程中，协调器通过按键执行了NLME_PermitJoiningRequest(0x00)禁止终端加入后，后续开启的终端就不能加入了，再次通过按键执行NLME_PermitJoiningRequest(0xff)允许终端加入后，后续的终端就再也加入不了网络了，求各位指导。
