用的TM4C123GH6PM那块launchpad，编译环境ccsv6,  IO口用的PB6，  没有写其他别的功能

就写了个外设pwm，好好的本来已经写完了,功能也实现了,最后改了一下系统时钟分频，

然后debug就出现 CORTEX_M4_0: Error connecting to the target ，

后来网上找了教程解锁了，，我就是想问一下为什么好端端的会自己锁死
