下载离线安装版本，需要保持在线状态，网速慢了估计会慢点，因为要安装windows的相关组件，比如.net等。记住了，下载完整的离线安装版本CCS6.1.
闪退一般是在线安装版容易出现，或者是windows相关组件没有安装上。。。所有无法启动
