之前我们做开关电源驱动开关管时，用信号发生器的PWM能驱动，但用单片机的PWM就不行，感觉单片机输出内阻很大，手册上好像没写，请问大概是多少？
单片机的输出内阻，你看看电气性能表中IO的输出电阻。你IO的驱动能力够了么？加个三极管试试
的确是输出电阻大。上拉电阻约为20K。
