TM4C129X芯片ROM中有没自带bootloader，直接可以引导，还是说需要自己编写bootloader？
你可以烧一个进去，官方有好几个bootloader的例程的。
ROM里面是有的，可以直接调用。也可以自己写到flash里，类似于ISP。
