现在想在CC3200 launchpad上使用外部仿真器，将板上的四个短接帽J8.J9.J10.J11去掉了，但是在CCS6上运行时，显示error connecting to the target。为什么？还需要在CCS中设置什么吗？地线已经连接起来
VCC连接没有，是不是电平的问题，另外系统能检测到你的外部的仿真器吗？
