我在编译CC3200的ti_rtos_config的时候出错，不知道什么原因。用的是最新的SDK。
升级一下你的CCS，我怀疑是某些文件丢失，或者根本没有安装上。根据提示是文件找不到。我以前也遇到过类似的，就是升级一下，把所有相关文件都安装齐全就好了。
到View - App center，把跟3200有关的更新到最新
更新了Windows>Preferences>CCS>RTSC>Products下面XDCtools和TI-RTOS for SimpleLink Wireless MCUs就好了，谢谢。
