    芯片上电复位后MCLK的默认时钟源是SYSOSC（MCLKCFG.USELFCLK=0）；SYSOSC默认是32MHZ（FREQ=0，Table 2-28. SYSOSCCFG Register Field Descriptions）

    通过设置SYSOSCCFG寄存器的FREQ位选择4MHZ的SYSOSC。

      官方有SDK提供，时钟设置是最基本的，每个模块都会用到。可参考其示例代码根据前面回复更改。

     比如  systick_periodic_timer
