总觉得6.1版本有点不太稳定。
应该是网速慢，关闭软件清理一下系统，然后重试一下。

Fixed it by completely uninstalling CCS, deleting the C:\ti\ccsv6 folder, and re-downloading and installing CCS....
卸载后，删除彻底，重新安装，这个解决方法也是够直接的。其实我觉得还是网速不给力，毕竟他们服务器在国外，我们天朝你懂的。
