MSPM0G3519: 无法连接到MSPM0G3519芯片

无法连接到MSPM0G3519芯片，目前已经出现两块开发板出现这种问题，使用method1的方法依旧连不上，这是错误说明

method2我下载的SDK、mspm0_sdk_2_03_00_07并没有这个应用程序，能不能提供一下
