    建议您做一下测试：

    1、硬件查看连接情况

    2、通过示波器等设备查看波形情况（时钟数据等）

    3、通过软件查看端口是否保持打开且存在数据通信

    4、检查软件报错，是否进入相关中断或者是报错导致长时间无法进行连接。
