使用ccs可以调试，并且程序正常执行，但是断电程序丢失，并且使用uniflash烧录也是这个问题，使用uniflash成功烧录后，再次上电程序丢失，并且已经尝试过使用 恢复默认设置，这是主函数实现 ，并没有开启低功耗的代码。
