DRV8263-Q1-FS: ibs model failed to transfer to aspice model

I  have download an IBS format file of DRV3245,  when I try to transfer this file to Aspice model  with cadence model editor tool, it says the format is not OK. Do you have some advice on this issue?

    I just want to make sure of something since I see two different devices mentioned in this post; is this post about a model for the DRV8263-Q1 (BSM 48V H-bridge driver) or the DRV3245-Q1 (BLDC Automotive driver)? I do not think we provide a model for the DRV8245-Q1 (In case DRV3245 was a mistype) and we provide a Pspice model or the DRV8245-Q1 but not the DRV8263-Q1.
