目前先简单设计了一版测试用demo板，控制4个LED灯亮灭，目前输入引脚给5V控制信号，输出没反应。请帮忙看下，这样原理图是否有问题，输入的话，需要输入什么信号，多谢。
为了使能输出 nENBL=LOW、RESET=LOW、INx=HIGH。 请提供 nENBL、RESET、IN1-IN4、OUT1-OUT4 的电压测量
