外部条件：原理图设计和手册要求一致，电流限制为1.3A，使用8KHz PWM 85%~100%占空比驱动IN1，IN2低电平。
驱动一个直流有刷电机，如果驱动线比较短（15cm），运行比较正常（速度30RPM），稍微加长几个cm，电机速度就变为几乎不动了，测量OUT1波形，发现只有大约20us为高电平，正常应该有100us高电平，不知道为啥会这样。
