MCF8316AEVM: 无法读或写EEPROM、电机参数时，并且GUI掉线。

问题描述：

    评估板无法工作。    

1、开机

MCF8316AEVM—GUI联通状态正常，D6周期闪烁。

2、读写EEPROM 或电机参数，以读E2PROM为例，GUI左下角弹出红色提示框   ! Inital Read failed   X

   随后改提示框 变为 Hardware not Connected. ,并且在GUI 中间部位弹出一蓝白对话框 Connectivity Issue    There is an Issue with the device connectivity. Please restart the GUI. OKAY.

3、重启GUI后还是出现上述问题。
