我按照Rjc(top)计算的话，我测试DRV8833的上管压降0.337V，下管压降0.43V，那么器件消耗功率大概在2.8A X (3.337V + 0.43V)=2.1476W，那么按照Rjc(top)计算的结温有122℃+2.1476W X 32.9℃/W=193℃，应该是有问题的吧，超过了150度
