1. 发现芯片DVDD（PIN10）应该输出5V，现在只有0.4V了，
2. 测试没有短路，
3. 电源供电正常 16V，
4. 输出脚OUT1A，OUT2A，OUT1B，OUT2B，不接电机只有0.025V
感觉坏了，不知道为啥？
