DRV8312: 驱动芯片三相输出不同,且out_B的输出电压不足

Part Number: DRV8312

GVDD_X供电电压12V,PVDD_X供电电压28V。

异常现象1:在没有PWM输入时,OUT_A/C的输出电压为12V,OUT_B的输出电压为28V,即三相输出值不对称。

异常现象2:在有20kHZ、占空比0.5的三路PWM输入时,OUT_A/C输出波形为正常28V占空比0.5的PWM波,而OUT_B的波形占空比正确,电压无法达到最大值,具体如图所示

已尝试解决方法:

方法1:更换BST_B的自举电容,无效果;

方法2:提高PWM频率至40kHz,无效果;
