Hello, may I ask if the number marked in the red box in the diagram is the number of pole pairs or the number of poles (pole pairs/2).

Hi chuanlin,

It is the number of poles.

Please see "7.3.20.1 FG Output Frequency" on datasheet:

...to provide FG pulses once every electrical cycle (2 poles), once every two electrical cycle (4 poles), once every three electrical cycles (6 poles), once every four electrical cycles (8 poles), and so on.

Yes, it is depends on pole pairs of the motor.
