按照如下电路设计驱动TEC，焊接后有的板子没有电压输出（PWM频率200KHZ，占空比30%，+15V_TEC实际电压为13.2V），测试发现VCP电压低于VM电压。测试NFAULT有发现有脉冲波形，说明芯片处于电荷泵保护了。如何解决这个问题？
