DRV8301: drv8301没有输出，好像它没有启动成功

我用FPGA驱动这个DRV8301, 上电之后，先拉低GATE_EN引脚50MS，再接高GATE_EN引脚50MS，之后利用SPI给SDI引脚输入16'b1_0010_010_0000_1000，再输入16'b1_0011_011_1100_0000，其SDO引脚没有输出，说明该芯片没有启动。下图是配置寄存器时的时序。怎么才能功能启动这个芯片呀？
