MCF8316C-Q1: Does MCF8316C support detecting motor open circuit?

Hi,

     We need to detect the open circuit state of the motor. Does mcf8316 support this function? Which register, if any, can be read to get the fault information? maybe NO_MTR Reg (Reg Offset = E2H,bit21?)
