DRV8662: 啟動順序，先EN再Vdd會有問題嗎?

Part Number: DRV8662

Rext : 6.98k ohm，L:4.7uH

Boost電壓至105V，無接負載狀況下，Vdd送電之後再EN to high，順利啟動輸出至105V，

但是EN如果先在high的狀態，Vdd才送5V，則電壓上升不到105V，Vdd反覆on off，則DRV8662冒煙燒毀。

啟動順序一定要先Vdd再Enable嗎? boost的電感飽和嗎?  還是其他問題造成的?
