在示意图中，VREF引脚通过0Ω电阻器直接连接到VCC_5V。如果在VCC_5V仍处于活动状态时首先移除VM电源，则内部二极管可能会损坏。一个可能的解决方案是用47kΩ的电阻器代替VREF R37。这将减少VM=0时通过VREF引脚的电流，避免损坏。请尝试此修改。
