最小容量是3870,标称容量为4000，GG设置：设计容量设置为3870，关机电压设置为3V，满充电压3.65V，满充截止电流120mA,循环设置条件：设置0.2C（800mA）充放电，充电截止电流为40mA,放电截止电压为2.9V，循环后FCC在3870mAh以上,客户现觉得FCC低了，想请问下，FCC范围是怎么定义的，在什么范围内是属于正常的呢
