When measuring the ripple, we found that our oscilloscope's(Keysight MXR058A) and spectrum(N9010B) can only measure to 1uVrms but not 0.xx uVrms, can TI tell us which equipment should we use to measure these kind of value?

Can you help us to confirm if our setup is correct?
We use keysight N9010B connect with DC block STI09-0004 and use coaxcial cable to connect to our DUT, when we measure 10kHz ripple is reasult is about 0.134 uVrms. Is this result match to your expected values?
