TPS62873: TPS62873Y1QWRXSRQ1 output question

Hi, TI team:

We used TPS62873Y1QWRXSRQ1 to output 0.8V, we had 50 pcs board, but only had 3pcs output is 0.845V and other 47 pcs are ok, output is 0.8V, VSEL connected 6.2K to GND.

Could you tell me how can I solve this problem?
