电源芯片TPS62130RGTT，理论设计输出1.8V，空载测试正常；但接入负载后成为2.7V，不知什么原因，想跟大家交流交流。
附：电源芯片是机器焊接的

你好，Vos接在哪的，靠近芯片还是负载，靠近负载会高一些，不过到2.7V也太夸张了，谢谢。
负载是什么负载？FB电压是怎样的？开关波形有没有？提供的信息太少了，兄弟
