电容储能的数据保持方案选型

    我们在评估PLC数据备份保持应用方案,需求如下:
1,目标:输入15V电源,输出12V/5A最大负载;输入掉电时,输出可以保持1000ms;
2,输入掉电,无缝衔接到备份电容放电,且输出电压稳压在12V;
疑问如下:
1,ADI的集成buckboost 方案LTC3643会存在切换过程瞬间输出有跌落情况,导致plc断电风险;
3,用boost升压400V,在flybuck隔离输出可行性?
4,集成超级电容方案和电解电容方案优缺点?
5,从可靠性及线路简便性考虑,帮忙推荐方案?
