Hi I am doing some testing with UCC21732QDWEVM-025. For the input switching, I tied IN+ to vcc and use function wave generator drive the IN- (the square wave with gnd and vcc signal level ). However whenever connect the wave generator with IN- pin, the measured IN- signal amplititude attenuated by half and the driver output (GATErefer to COM) is VEE. When I use a DC supply to drive the IN-, the current seen on the DC supply is ~70mA, whcih absolutely shows something wrong.
I have the same issue with UCC21750QDWEVM-025.
