During SET testing, the PGOOD pin flipped from high to low level with a duration in the 1us range, while the VTT-VTTREF result remained within the ±40mV tolerance. We aim to understand whether this scenario—where PGOOD flips but VTT-VTTREF accuracy is maintained—could impact system applications.
