        When conducting the functional tests of the finished battery, we manually write the values for the 'manufacturer name' and 'device name' fields using a command. The command addresses are 0x40ad and 0x40c2, respectively, with the values being '8461218461A-10' and '4T96DA1H5MH338'. We then manually verify that the gg.file needs to be exported. However, when we check the 'manufacturer name' and 'device name' fields in the BQ Studio 1.3.127 data memory interface, both fields are empty, and the exported gg.file also shows these fields as empty. We need the exported gg.file to display the values of these two fields.Other fields appear normal when viewed in the exported gg.file, but these two fields cannot be correctly displayed.

        Please help identify the cause of this issue and provide the correct reading method to ensure that the gg.file can display these two fields correctly.
