12v与3s电池路径管理

我有一个12v与3s电池路径管理需求，对外放电电流取冗余要6a左右，之前的考虑是使用理想二极管保护12v电源，使用带反向电流保护的电子保险芯片和其en pin管理3s电池防止被反灌和充电期间关闭电池输出，但是我认为电路过于复杂，请问能推荐更加简单的电路吗
