使用了LM3405手册上给出的一个原理图，输入5V输出3V左右，驱动5个并联LED。
第一版PCB工作正常
PCB1 Boost 脚波形
PCB1 FB 脚波形
第二版 PCB 开始时工作正常，一会后开始闪烁
PCB2 正常时 FB

PCB2 不正常时 Boost 脚波形
亲；典型DIM脚悬空的后果。建议改改。
DIM输入4KHz PWM波 用于调光 没有悬空
亲；这不是刚好是PWM调光输出吗？
这是PWM输入好吧，您看一下手册。而且我上一版PCB是工作良好的
亲；这两个波形，都是正常的。两者的区别在于第二版输出接了类似电阻的电流泄放物。如果对此敏感；建议清洗一下PCB；再查一下。
看下SW处的波形在启动瞬间是否有异常，EN PIN脚做enale处理，以方便定位问题点。
