既然是NC，应该没区别吧？但是PDF明确指出要接到VSS，那就接到VSS好了，没必要纠结这个。
12脚和14脚悬空和连接到VSS在芯片工作原理上没有区别，连接到VSS对散热有一定的改善，但很小，建议连接到VSS。
