我在使用UCC256403驱动半桥时，VCR上能检测到三角波，但此时上管一直没有驱动信号，下管有最多1us脉宽的驱动信号，此时BLK上是3.7V，LL/SS上是1.45V，为什么上管上没有驱动，或是缓启动过程没有启动
