在26V内无法输出3.3V和5V，≥26v时正常输出，在第三方做失效分析时发现晶圆上面LOGO型号是TPS54360，实验室和百度上说是正常情况，请问是有这种情况吗？是因为什么原因造成？

TPS54560和TPS54360是同家族芯片，其区别在于输出电流能力差异，都支持您的电压设计需求。
TI的芯片型号以Part marking确认（芯片数据手册PACKAGING INFORMATION）。
