对于EV2300的使用可参考User's Guide。并需要安装相应的驱动，使用时的GUI，看你是使用哪款电量计，能够下载到相应的GUI， 以BQ27010为例。

首先，注意你电脑系统软件是xp还是Win7,安装EV2300的驱动。去TI官网去下载你要使用的芯片的软件。如果IC支持HDQ,就可以使用HDQ进行通讯了。
