1.CHRG_OK is open drain connection. It can be floated.

2.We usually have a low side gate capacitor in case more deadtime is needed.

The low side capacitance of MOS specifically refers to which capacitor in the reference design, whether there is a range of adjustment for the capacitance value of this capacitor, and what are the effects of increasing or decreasing the capacitance value of this capacitor?

It refers to C19 and C20 in the BQ25703AEVM schematic. Adding 150pF cap effectively increases the deadtime.
