BQ25622EVM: device ACK error

Hello

I prepared to test BQ25622EVM. And I acted as 2.2 and 2.3 of datasheet User’s Guide BQ25620 and BQ25622 Evaluation Module. And then I found step 2.4 is wrong. The voltage of Vsys is 3.2V. But it is 3.7V on the guide.

I have tested that the SDA and SCL are also 3.2V.

The bqstudio display device ACK error.

I want to know how can I troubleshoot this problem. And what are the reasons of device ACK error?

    此观察结果表明降压转换器未打开。您是否在J1连接器（VIN）上施加了5V电压，并通过测量TP10（VBUS）的电压进行了验证？
    SCL和SDA的3.2V可能来自EV2400内部的上拉电源，但如果BQ25622EVM没有通电，则IC将无法确认来自BQStudio的I2C通信。
