I think in place of R71, R63 and C144, you can keep a small rc filter mentioned as Rfa/Rfb and Cfa/Cfb in the datasheet, which are used to mitigate any unwanted noise seen by the CSA/CSB pin. You can take a look at the current sense transformer equivalent circuit and the typical schematic mentioned in the datasheet
