这个是我用LM5145设计的一个电路。
输入18-34V，输出恒压18V，恒流4A.
频率设置为100KHZ时，电路可以运行。没有差错
我把频率设置为200KHZ时，发现，输入电压大于26V时，带载4A，输出电压会被拉地。带载2A时输出电压18V没有变化
其中左边这个图，vcc电容波形，这个震荡不知道怎么解决；右边这个是低侧MOS管驱动波形，关断的时候会启动一下
