用TPS2543对IPAD充电，测量 D+/D–端口上的电压是2.0V/2.7V，只能输出1A充电电流，不能输出2A，
怎么设置才能让D+/D-端口上的电压输出2.7/2.0V，输出充电电流2A
在datasheet第22页的真值表中，检查一下CTL1,2,3和ILIM_SEL是否被设置为1010或1011，否则会被强制设置为DCP Divider 1，此时最大电流被设置为1A
