芯片可以选择TPS40211, Sense电压更加低，控制方式由上面的恒压改为横流(datasheet里面有）
可以使用TPS61197，是一个专门的LED驱动，带有升压和恒流两种功能。
TPS61197，或TPS61196，将几路输出并在一起用，
多路并联实现，可以的
TPS61196 并联输出来增加总电流。
