The output of UCC21750 remains low (-4V). Even though I set IN+ = 5V and IN- = 0V, its output still remains -4V instead of 15V. At this point, the APWM pin is floating and unused, with the following parameters: VCC = 4.8V; RST = 4.8V; FLT = 4.8V; RDY = 4.8V; AIN = COM = 0V; VDD = 15.6V; VEE = -4V.
