I'm testing a BQ76952EVM following the quick start in the Unser's guide. I connected a 48V DC supply between BAT- and Cell16 port (as in the quick start guide). and connect the USB to my PC, the three LED turns on but the BQ studio shows "No free adapters are available for use on this system." at the lower left corner. I tried first installing the EV2300 driver, the only difference was a EV2300 sign appeared. Then I tried to run EV2400 updater, the following error appears: "Error: No Free EV2400s Detected. If one is connected but the LEDs are not on, try running this program with the -s option.". How should I get the BQstudio connected to my BQ76952EVM?
