In the datasheet of TPS54302, the typical application specifies an output current of 3A. In my design, the output current is only around 500mA. When using the calculation formulas provided in the datasheet 8.2.3.5, should I base the calculations on my actual output current (500mA) or the 3A specified in the typical application?
